Turned 18? The door just opened.
At 18 a non-EU player can finally be registered and licensed in Europe. Twelve weeks inside an international academy with coaches from professional clubs — and from week three, multi-day trials at club after club while your training keeps running. If a club wants you, the programme extends and the contract conversation starts.

How the twelve weeks run
Trials start in week three and keep coming.
This is not three months of training followed by one shot at a club. Trials begin once the academy has benchmarked you, and they run alongside training for the rest of the programme — so you keep improving between them, and you are a better player at your fourth trial than you were at your first.
Visa
At 18 the route is a language-course or study visa, not school enrolment. We provide the academy letters; the family files. Poland's D-type visa is the more predictable of the two.
Outcomes
Four ways it ends. All useful.
- A contract with a professional or semi-professional club — desirable, but the most difficult
- An extension of the programme because a club is interested but not yet decided
- A noticeably better player with three months of European footage and a written plan
- An extension the player chooses themselves, to keep training and trialling for longer

Cohorts
Both cohorts fly in January. The visa file has to be opened well before departure, so 15 October is a hard cut-off.
The honest part
We want players who are already ready.
This programme is best suited to players who are already competing at a good level and are prepared to benefit from three months abroad. Before travelling, we assess each player through the self-rated assessment in the app and their match videos, reviewing their competition level, playing minutes, physical attributes and overall performance. Based on this, we provide an honest recommendation on whether the player is ready to go this year or would benefit from further preparation. The final decision remains with the player and their family.
Who it suits
- 18 by the visa application date, roughly 60 days before the cohort starts
- Starting regularly at a decent competitive level, and match-fit right now
- Able to show recent match video — full games or clips; phone footage is fine
- Physically ready for adult football: sprint and endurance benchmarks self-rated in the app
- Wants a European opportunity without committing to a multi-year move first
How to join
Six steps, from sign-up to the flight in January.
Everything runs through the app, so nothing is decided on a sales call. The assessment and the discovery call are both free, and both happen before you pay anything.

Enrol in the programme and pick your cohort — Spain or Poland, Jan–Mar 2027.

Take the free assessment in the app, about three minutes, and upload your match videos. The call then starts from numbers.

Have the free discovery call with a FIFA-licensed agent. Is this the right programme, and the right year?

Pay the deposit to hold your seat. Parent consent for under-18s. Document collection starts.

Send documents, pay the fee directly to the academy, file the visa — then fly in January. Pre-departure checklist and visa guidance included.

Before you enrol.
Is a contract guaranteed?+
No. Trials are confirmed; outcomes are not. We publish outcomes honestly rather than promising them.
When do the trials actually start?+
Week three. The first three weeks benchmark you at the academy, then trials begin and keep running to week twelve, with training in between each one.
What level are the clubs?+
Typically 4th to 6th tier in Spain, or lower-division professional and semi-professional clubs in Poland. That is where Indian players realistically enter; it is a starting line, not a ceiling.
How do you decide whether I'm ready?+
From your self-rated assessment in the app and your match videos, read against the level you are currently playing at. That is the screen — not a sales call.
I turn 18 during the programme. Does that work?+
No. You must be 18 when the visa application is filed, roughly 60 days before departure. The next cohort will suit you.
What does it cost?+
Confirmed on the discovery call and shown in the app before you enrol. Stay, food and all training for the twelve weeks are included. A deposit holds the seat; the programme fee is then paid directly to the academy, not to us.
When is the deadline?+
15 October 2026, for both the Spain and Poland cohorts running January to March 2027. The visa file has to be opened well before departure, so we cannot extend it.
